The efficiency and economy of normal and  high performance anticorrosive coat system  for steel structures

         At present, the phenolic resin, alky resin possess the advantage of the price, so they are used widely. because the poor properties and the development and study of  various high performance anticorrosive paints, and some technicians and consumers know and accept these, so these paints are on the decrease in the market. Comparing with the developed countries there has still a distance.

        Both the efficiency and the economic benefit, the high anticorrosive performance system is better than the traditional system. As following, the steel structure in the general atmosphere environment, the traditional system is based on alkyd paint, the high performance coat system is based on epoxy primer, intermediate and polyurethane finish .

A. The expense for epoxy zinc rich primer is higher than acrylic primer.
B. Considering the appropriate loss, the expense of the paint must be multiplied the coefficient.
C.The application for one pack paint is easier than the two packs, so the expense in 1 is higher than in 2.
D.No considering other expense.
      We know from the above data, the different paints are very transparent to the enterprise's benefit. At the same time, we must consider the quantity for maintain, and loss, environment pollution and waste energy.
      With the technology progress and various high properties paints applied widely, it is inevitable trend of society development. Such as the top- ranking replaces low- ranking, and the heavy replaces the general. Which reduce the expense and boost the economic benefit.
