The containers, the pipelines, the sewage pool and the tanks in the discharging shop of the oil field are eroded seriously. Being the dirt water contains plenty of the harmful ions and the bacteria, such as H₂S, NH₃, HCN, CO₂ HND, of CL^-, SO₄^2-, and the temperature degree will reach 70-80centigrade, and some have the corrosive medium of the phenol. So, if we do not take effective anticorrosive measure, these equipments will rather be eroded seriously. Which cause the carbon steel to thin and pin in part, blister, crack, weld, and these equipments will useless quickly.

1.Analysis to the fundamentals

    Being rude oil and different production process decide the difference of the erosive medium in dirt water. In all to say as following.
 a. As the chemical change, the corrosive medium in sulphurous water (such as H₂S, NH₃, HCN) produces the corrosive medium of H₂S.
b.The permeation of the ion of H^- cause erosion.
c.The ions of NH₃, CN^-, CL^-, will produce the ion of NH₄HS, (NH₄)₂S with H₂S, which are corrosive heavy matters.
d.The phenolic corrosive medium can destroy the coating and make the erosion more seriously.
2. Anticorrosive coating design .
      From the practical applied survey of consumers, the general coat cannot satisfy the requirement (such as common epoxy paint, coal-tar epoxy paint, epoxy phenol paint, polyurethane paint, high chlorinated polyurethane paint, epoxy and furan glass steel reinforced paint, epoxy ethylene ester glass steel reinforced paint). It will be coloring, separated the coating and peeling in a year. While the epoxy flaking paint, epoxy furan paint, epoxy glass steel and polysulphurous rubber paint have good effect through the practical application of various companies. So they can be widely used.
