The Technique Requests & The Surface Handles
of One Pack Paints Application

Technique
requests |
1)
Before spraying the substrate should
be cleaned with solvent to remove off the
drawing agent, in order to improve adhesion. |
|
2)
The suitable viscosity for
application depends on environment
temperature. It should be high at high
temperature and vice operas, please adjust
it according to the temperature on job site. |
|
3)
Under high temperature and dry
conditions, crude or orange skin may take
place. Using additives produced by our firm
is recommended. |

Surface
preparation |
Removing
the drawing patterns agent |
Using
the solvent of alkane family to clean the
drawing agent so as to avoid decreasing of
adhesion of the coat. |

Eroding
preparation |
Using
the mixture of alcohol solvent and the
thinner foe plastic paint to smear on the
surface of work pieces with a rag to
strengthen the adhesion of the coat. |
|
Degreasing |
The
grease must be removed off by solvent of
alkane or alcohol, to improve the adhesion
and appearance. |
|
Removing
the dust |
Using
the solvent of alcohol family to dilute the
agent of anti-electrostatic, smear this
solvent on the surface of work piece with a
rag to clean it for improving the adhesion
and the appearance of coat. |

Ridge
resulting during casting |
Grind
uneven part or ridge on the surface of word
piece with sandpaper (#800～#1200)
or spray some primer to that uneven place to
improve the sense of beauty. |

Technique
requests |
1)
Before spraying the substrate should
be cleaned with solvent to remove off the
drawing agent, in order to improve adhesion. |

2)
The suitable viscosity for
application depends on environment
temperature. It should be high at high
temperature and vice operas, please adjust
it according to the temperature on job site. |

3)
After 10 minutes for flash drying,
heating the product for 30min, 60℃
then packing it after 8hr. |
|
4）After heating the
primer on our technique requirement, if mat
coat is needed, the process must be carried
out only after the product is keeping at
normal temperature for 12hr. |
|
5)
After the paint prepared according to
the right ratio, it should be using within
the pot life otherwise it should be wasted
off. |
|
6） After using cure
agent left and if there is remainder left in
the container you should keep this container
airtight otherwise the remainder will
deteriorate and must be abandoned. |
