 I. Specifications & function: "Qiangsheng" plastic drainage board is the abbreviation of SPB-A, B, C, D type serial earth work drainage belts. It is a good channel for soft foundation treatment of silt, silty clay, filling clay, adhesive clay and mixed filling earth. It can reduce curing time greatly. Its construction equipment just like the apparatus of sand bag well.
II. Technical indexes: Plastic drainage board is belt like composite type matter, is made of high pressure polyethylene, its middle is extruding forming plastic core, which is the bone and passageway of board. Its profile is cross type. 35 tendons and 34 troughs form the plastic core. Its width is 100±2mm, thickness is 3.5-6.0±0.5mm. The chemical nonwoven cloth coiled on the core can filter the clay.
III. Main indexes: Tension strength of composite body & elongation vertical water flux, filtration membrane permeability coefficient, tensile strength of wet sample, tensile strength of dry sample, etc.
IV. Four specifications of plastic drain bar :
1. A type depth is less than 15m;
2. B type depth is less than 25m;
3. C type depth is less than 35m;
4. D type depth is less than 40m.
V. According to the difference of the soft ground depth, the product divides into A, B, C, D four kinds, according to People's Republic of China Ministry of Communications profession standard JT/T521-2004 04-16 issued each index, sees the following tables:
