Properties : Pure compound is a flake crystal, slightly soluble in water, easily soluble in organic solvents such as alcohol, acetone and etc. It is gradually turned into violet on the exposure to air and light, but there is no effect on its properties.
Usage : An antioxidant widely used for rubber processing industry which manufactures tyres, shoes, tubes and other black rubber products.
