B. Automatic operation
According to the used washing procedures and refer to the computer controller instructions to prepare the washing program，then store the selected program No.，In the lock-open state select the program then start according to the program, the machine will automatically complete all the action by the program.
Suggestion: The operation of automatic procedures should be applied after have adequate hand washing experience.
(Washing materials can not be too less or more than calibration rated capacity)
IV. The problems should be take into consideration in operation
1. Compressed air pressure should be between 0.4-0.6Mpa, air Source Treatment should be promptly refueling and drainage, otherwise, the machine can not work properly.
2.Manual operation should stop a certain action, should repeated press this button.
3.If you use automatic procedures to complete the washing process, the washing effect is related to various factors, such as the quantity of the washing materials, size, type or the degree of dirty etc.
4. Please do not casually shorten a certain of action if automatic operation.
5. Either manually or automatically operation, when runs into the dehydration stage, within 60 seconds, you should carefully observe the shaking situation of the front door.
6. It is better to classified the washing materials, meanwhile, sheet and blanket and other large materials should be loose so as not to wound each other and influence the following actions.
7.When the machine is working, the operator should not leave the post to avoid accidents.
8. The user must install safety valve, pressure gauge and stop valve in steam pipe to maintain the balance of the pressure.
Attention
When dehydration, it should be high water level, otherwise, will influence the performance of the machine. Meanwhile, either manually or automatically, the high dehydration time should not more than 3 minutes, the high operation in long time will influence the life of the machine.
V. The input amount of the washing materials:
The processing of the machine as shown in the table below, the excess input will overload thus shorten the life of the machine; on the other hand, the input is too low, the machine is not easy to maintain balance, reduce the washing effect and wastes energy.

VI The maintenance of the machine
In order to guarantee your machine can maintain the best economic performance economic benefits, it is necessary to do some maintenance and repair of the machine in the daily use. Please do as the following points:
1. Once a month or use about 30 times inject grease lithium grease (3) to oil cup of the machine.
2. It is necessary to check the bearing, door hinge, motor block, connectors to ensure safety.
3. Regularly check whether the water port in bearing base is smooth to ensure that no water in bearing base and extend the life of the bearing.
4. Regularly check if the V-belt is loose, and regular tighten the V-belt.
5. Please periodically discharge water of the gas source processor, and promptly replenish 10 # machine oil to the lubricator.
6.It the machine adopts mechanical brake, regularly put lubricating oil in the brake to avoid harsh noise when braking.
