Structure and Theory
SG/SGZ/LGZ series centrifugal machine is a
kind of filtering equipment which adopts scraper bottom-unloading and
interval operation. The material enters the rotary drum form the upper.
Under the function of centrifugal force, the liquid passes through the
filtering medium and discharge out of the machine and the solid is left in
the rotary drum. When the rotary speed reduces, the scraper scrapes the
solid material and the material is discharged from the bottom of the
machine. It has advantages of steady operation, convenient operation and
others.
SGZ/LGZ series centrifugal machine can set
operation program according to the demand, auto finishes feeding material,
separating, dewatering, unloading and other process. It can carry out long
–distance or short-distance operation. Its automation level is high, its
handling capacity is large and its separation result is good.
LGZ series centrifuge cancels transitional
hanging feet, plate counterweight and high viscosity depressor vibration
isolator for absorbing shaking. No base installation.

Main Features
It is suitable to separate the suspension
whose solid grain is larger than 0.01mm. it is widely used in chemical,
pharmacy, food, light industry and other trades. For instance: gypsum,
ferric sulfate, nickel sulphate, copper sulphate, potassium chloride,
acetate, borax, soda, rubber addition, dye, plastics raw material, soap,
grease, all kinds of resin, salt, gourmet powder, food addition, vitamin,
herbicide, insectifuge and dewatering of cupper, zinc, aluminium and other
miner powder.
Order Introduction
◊ Material: the sections touching with the
materials is made of normal stainless steel, special stainless steel,
carbon steel, lining rubber, lining plastic or titanium alloy.
◊ Driving method: normal induction motor,
electromagnetic speed-control motor, frequency speed control explosion
motor.
◊ Braking method: mechanical braking or electric
braking.
◊ Machine cover type: seal type or
whole-turning-up seal.
◊ Opening method of seal type machine cover:
hydrodynamic, air-operated, electric or mechanical balance and etc.
◊ Stand type: SG/SGZ series are base type; LGZ
series are all no-base.
◊ Electric control method: semi-auto, full-auto
or PLC program control.
◊ The factory can design and make the machine to GMP standard.
