Structure and Theory
SX series centrifuge is a kind of filtering
equipment which adopts tripod type, man-unloading from the bottom and
interval operation. Under the function of the centrifugal force, the
liquid passes through the filtering medium and discharges out of the
machine. The solid is left in the rotary drum. After the speed reduces,
the material is scraped off from the rotary drum wall and discharged ort
by man. It is suitable to separate the suspension whose solid grain is
larger than 0.05 mm, its thickness is larger than 5~60%(grain, crystal or fibre state). It is widely used in chemical, pharmacy, food , metallurgy
and other trades.
SX1000 gourmet powder type centrifuge is a
kind of special centrifuge which is developed for the gourmet powder
manufacturers. It adopts frequency driving. Feeding and spinning-dry two
grade speeds. It only needs 3~4 minutes from feeding, washing, spinning
dry to unloading. The sections which touch liquid and solid gourmet powder
are all made of food grade high-quality stainless steel to meet the
healthy demands. It is specially used to separate suspension like gourmet.
The above centrifuges have advantages. Its
structure is simple; its operation is convenient; each operation process
can be adjusted at will; the filtering cakes can be washed completely; the
solid grain is not broken easily. Its application is strong and its
