Main Features

It adopts no-base installation, it omits traditional tripod type hanging structure and simplifies the installation process. Its design is reasonable. Its structure is new and simple. The basic platform is the work operation platform. The operation and the maintenance is simple and convenient.

It adopts imported PLC programmable control, frequency driving. It can set gragram according to the demands. The feeding, separating, washing, dewatering, unloading and other process are automatically finished by the hydraulic and air-operated, electric control. It can carry out distance or close operation and it can joint PC Network.

The rotary drum, the case and the basic plate of the equipment are polished. All of the fasteners are made of stainless steel. The transmission section is sealed with stainless steel. The airtight packing is made of silicone rubber. It is equipped with washing and spraying system. The whole machine meets GMP Hygienic Demand.

The imported high-viscosity liquid damping agent type shock isolator which joints the plate makes the energy produced by the shocking of the centrifugal machine be absorbed by the shock isolator. There is no shocking influence on the base ground and the neighboring equipment.

The outer case adopts the whole-opening cover. The maintenance is convenient.

It adopts opening-cover protection, overheat, overloading and overcurrent protection of the motor, overloading and overcurrent of the frequency converter, whole-process monitor of feeding, filtering, washing and unloading.

Full-sealing, explosion-proof. The cleaning degree is high.
