This production line has applied PLC programme controller, the speed of main motor and hauling motor can be adjusted synchronously. There are very good boundary between machines and workers. All technological data can be set and shown on a touching screen. Check the menu and input the programme required size at required speed. The saw can cut at required length automatically. Mould temperature can be controlled by an imported intelligent temperature controller(Temperature to lerance:+1℃)so that the quality of tubes can be guaranteed.
Other settings can be arranged by customer"s demand.
