Usage:
　　The series equipment is used in producing all knds of soda drink contained with polyester bottle. Washing, filling, sealing can be carried out on the same machine. The design of the machine is scientific and reasonable. The appearance is beautiful and the function is complete. Its operation adn maintenance os convenient. Its automation is high.

 
 
Feature:
  1. The bottle-necks are cramped and bottles are suspended during the operation process.This avoids many malfunctions caused by thinner bottle body or different highness of bottles.This design also reduce dramatically the required number of changeable parts,make it more convenient and quickly to change to another type of bottles.
  2. The advanced technology from Germany and italy are employed.
  3. Pneumatic valve and damped gears are used for bottle conveying,the noise is low and the whole machine runs smoothly.
  4. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping.The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps.The power of the screw capping can,also be fixed,and the caps will not be damaged,the capping is reliable. 
  5. Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damaging the surface of caps,and when there is a shortage of caps in the caps storage tank,an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically. 
  6. The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface betwween human and machine.The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically.The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle.When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available,the machine can be stopped automatically.
  7. The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the speed steplessly.The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
  8. The parts that have direct contact with water are made in SUS304 stainless steel. The critical electronic components are from Mitsubishi(Japan),Omron,etc.,the pneumatic devices are from japan or italy.
