CGF Series Normal Pressure Filling-Sealing 3-In-1 Unit

Feature:
  1. The design of supplying-conveying screw stem, conveying-bottle guide board, driving bottle starwheel and conveying belt is very harmonious to ensure the machine runs smoothly at high speed.
  2. It adopts the newest technology introduced from Japan and italy. Its filling speed fast, liquid level control is steady, no leaking.
  3. It adopts spring type washing pliers to make empty bottle turn at 180° to wash the inside and the outside. The washing efficiency is high.
  4. It adopts the magnetic torque type screwing cap head to carry out putting cap and screwing cap function. The screwing-cap momental can be adjusted steplessly. The constant momental screwing and sealing technology will not damage plastic caps and sealing is tight. 
  5. It adopts circulatde type cap-ordering machine which has function of non-damaging caps, automatically adding caps when caps are lack in the hopper. 
  6. The machine adopts PLC program control. It has function of liquid level automatic control, no filling while no bottle, no putting cap while no bottle. if the driving bottlestarwheel is blocked by a bottle, the machine will stop. if there is no cap on the slideway, the machine will stop. if the gas pressure is low, the machine will stop.
  7. It adopts a frequency converter to adjust the speed steplessly. The production data is shown and regulation is very convenient.
  8. The parts contacting water are made of stainless steel. Its main electric elements are from Mitsubishi, omrom, pneumatic elements are from italy Konmaosheng Co.,Germany Feishituo and other famus companies in the world.
