 Founded in 1996, Wealthy Chemical Industry(Suzhou)Co.,Ltd, is a high-tech enterprise which integrates the research, production and sales of Sodium Carboxymehtyl Cellulose &Polyanionic Cellulose.) With two production bases in Suzhou and Changshu city, as well as total production capacity of 50,000MT per year, Wealthy is the largest Carboxymethyl cellulose ether manufacturer in Asia and top 5 in the world.
Changshu Plant was founded in 2010 and is located in Changshu New Material Industrial Park, covering and area of 64,000 square meters. The production capacity of 1st stage project is 30,000 tons. And 10,000 tons have been put into operation in September, 2012. The whole project will be completed in October, 2013. In addition, 2nd stage project, with 30,000 tons manufacturing capacity will be put into production before 2015.
Founded in 2010, the Changshu factory locates at the Advanced Materials Industrial Park, covers an area of 64000㎡. The first stage with designed annual production capacity of 30,000mt, is expected to be put into operation in the September, 2012. The second stage with designed annual production of 20,000mt, is expected to be run before the year of 2015.
Pursuing higher quality product is our goal. Therefore we have established a market- oriented technical center. There are 20 hard working technicians optimize the formulas and develop new products, and eventually to expand the area of CMC application. Their goal is to provide safe, high quality, high PPR (price-performance ratio) products to our customers. The 40 people QA,QC is now in charge of the testing of all raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. They are strictly following to the Standard Operation Procedures to make sure the final products are in great quality.
Our testing center, an area of 10000㎡, is equipped with Brookfield viscometers, rheometers, visible-infrared spectrometer, automatic potentiometric titrator and atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry etc. It is the most advanced testing center for carboxymethyl cellulose ether in China today. Wealthy Chemical Industry(Suzhou)Co.,Ltd has established several laboratories for the dairy products, oral care products, mud testing and microbiological testing. These labs are built to test all the application parameters of our products to make sure the quality up to high standard. |
