This product is a kind of high-efficient silicon-free compound defoaming agent prooduced from ethyl acrylate, 2-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and butoxyethylene, etc through random polymerization in modifying solvent. It is the third-generation defoaming agent. It has excellent defoaming property and is silicon-fre. Using this product can ensure the defoaming function of coke towers in delayed coking systems, can satisfy the high efficiency and full-loaded operation requirements of device, wihout any adverse effect on catalyst in downstream devices. For its low viscosity, it can achieve good effect when used in the foam layer capable to be fully atomized. It is a high-efficient and harmless cheap defoaming agent special for delayed coking. |
