HX-PU4 is a two-component polyurethane based coating. It has high adhesion and mechanical strength, capable of withstanding 30 to 50-ton vehicle and impact of 1Kg steel ball dropping from 1.5 meters of height. It has excellent color rentention and corrosion resistance, tolerable to industrial waste gas/liquid and organic solvents.
HX-PU4 can be provided in different forms for glossy, dull and/or anti-slip flooring according to user's requirement.

The surface to be treated must contain less than 8% of water. Mix the two components proportionately and thoroughly as needed prior to use.
First apply bottom coating, usually with PU resin. 6 hours later, apply putty with trowel, and polish when the putty dries. Apply putty and polish when the putty dries again. Then apply HX-PU4 for 2 to 3 times at the interval of above 12 hours.
HX-PU4 can be applied at below zero.
