BGD series inertance pulse bag-type dust remover is a combined type solid gas external spiral separating unit with the dual functions of inertance separation and bag type filtering. It scientifically combines inertance separation and mechanical filtering together according to the features of wood processing and artificial board and the advantages of two kinds of separating property. BGD series dust remover not only overcomes the disadvantages of removing extra-fine dust below 10um but also solve the problem of the high concentration mixed airflow treatment. It gives full play of separation advantages. It not only can deal with mixed crushed aggregates as wood shavings, saw-dust and wood flour in wood processing plant, but also can deal with middle density fiber and wood powder produced in shaving board sanding working process.
