Description: |
CPE is a high molecular synthetic material by chlorination of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and it is also a type of thermoplastic elastomer. It has good heat resistance, oil resistance, flame retardancy, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, etc. It can be both used for production of window profiles and pipes as an impact modifier for PVC rigid products, and for applications in industries of wires & cables and hose & tape by taking place of CR (chloroprene rubber) as a special rubber. |

Uses Applications: |
1. Plastic Modification CPE |
Type |
Properties |
CPE135A |
A plastic rigid product modifier, based on modification of the original 135A, to achieve better plastification and anti-agglomeration performance. However, it is no longer suitable for soft products and rubber application. |
CPE3135 |
A new brand for plastic modification. Its main application is to increase plastification of CPE and make CPE better adapted to the original customers who use ACR and MBS as modifiers. |
CPE7130 |
A type for magnetic products. It is featured with high magnetic powder addition level, good processibility and low temperature flexibility. |
CPE5236 |
Suitable for being used as thermoplastic elastomer. It has fine surface, good mechanical properties and can be used for film, sealing strip, sole, water-proof coils, etc. |
CPE2135 |
It is a special type for flame-retardant ABS products, suitable for injection molded products with fame retardancy. It has superior fusion flowability and it is able to increase impact resistance of the ABS products, while enhancing its flame retardancy. |

CM135B |
The same as the original 135B. This name of the type is still kept in order that the old customers for 135B will not be confused caused by modification of standards. However, it is suggested that customers may find their own suitable products from the following detailed rubber types. |
CM6035 |
It is characterized by high molecular weight, high Mooney viscosity (over 80), and good mechanical property and is suitable for rubber products which have high demand on mechanical performances. |
CM6135 |
A newly developed type, with medium molecular weight, Mooney viscosity between 65 and 72 and good mechanical property. It is characterized by wide application range and good processibility. It is widely used in all rubber-related fields, mainly wires and cables. |
CM6235 |
Medium molecular weight, Mooney viscosity between 70 and 80, good mechanical property, good appearance and good processibility. It has fine surface and high extruding speed when used for wires, cables and hoses. |
CM6335 |
Low Mooney viscosity, easy to be formulated, easy to be processed and can be used for rubber products which do not have high demand on mechanical properties. |
CM140B |
The original 140B. It has chlorine content of 40%, with good flame retardancy and oil resistance. High Mooney viscosity and suitable for application in flame retardancy and oil resistance. |
CM6140 |
Chlorine content 40%, medium Mooney viscosity, lowers Mooney viscosity after formulation, suitable for products which have demand on oil resistance. |
CM6240 |
A low Mooney viscosity product newly developed for “40” series products. It is easy to be processed and has good sticking forces to other material surfaces. And is suitable for application in special rubbers. |

Packing and store: |
Product should be Stored in cool, dry and well ventilated environment. Packed and transported as normal chemical goods.
Standard package is 25kg/bag. And we can design package according to order. |
