Jiangsu Zhongke Jinlong-cas Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2003, with the registered capital of CNY 56.54 million. It is situated in Xiqiao Industrial Park, Huangqiao Town, Taixing City, Jiangsu, China. The company covers about 53,360sqm, and it is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the comprehensive utilization of waste carbon dioxide.

Now, our main products are PPC POLYOL, PPC Water-based PU emulsion, CO2-based High flame retardant insulation material, full biodegradable new materials (PBSPPC-TPU Special degradable resin for film) and high molecule copolymerization materials. Our company has started to establish engineering and technological research center of carbon dioxide since 2005, and it has attracted several masters, doctors in high polymer material and chemical. There are advanced inspection equipments in our center now. Moreover, the company has established favorable cooperation relationships with Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ningbo Institute of Industrial Technology, CAS, School of Material and Mechanical Engineering, Beijing Technology and Business University, etc. Up to now, this center has been approved as: Taizhou application technology research and development and industrialization center, Chinese academy of sciences, carbon dioxide sub-center of engineering research and development, carbon dioxide engineering technology research and development center in Jiangsu province.

Zhongke Jinlong-cas Chemical Co., Ltd. is the earliest owner of 10 thousand tons full biodegradable CO2-based resin production line, more over, it also owns complete, original intellectual properties of the production line, including catalysts preparation, polymerization technique, reaction (production) device and other more than 10 inventional patents (applying for 15 items). Carbon dioxide-based resin project has passed the identification of State Environmental Protection Administration for technical and technological achievements, and the conclusion is that it has reached the world advanced level; this project won the Third Award of State Environmental Protection, certificate of State Torch Program project, the state's key new products and high-tech products in Jiangsu Province. This project was high concerned by the party and state leaders, and has attached great attention and supports of local government. NPC Vice Chairman Lu Yongxiang, vice president of Chinese Academy of Sciences Shi Erwei, academician of Chinese Academy of science Chen Xuegeng, Deputy Minister of Agriculture Ministry Zhang Taolin other leaders have personally visited our company and gave guidance. Moreover, a number of projects of our company were approved as the demonstration project by National Development and Reform Commission, major achievement transformation in Jiangsu Province and funding project of SME Innovation Fund of Jiangsu Province.

Taking “Responsibility to reduce the white pollution, the opportunity to develop a low carbon economy” as our main principle, Jinlong-CAS will gradually establish a wide range of applications of the products in polyurethane elastomers, coatings, paints, adhesives, polyurethane foams, cushioning packaging materials, exterior wall flame-retardant building materials, plastic packaging films, and other fields, to build a huge industrial chain.
