Luo Fangcheng, male,born
in Liuyang of Hunan province in July of 1968,member of CCP,graduate
of doctor degree,senior engineer, at present is the Broad Chairman,
General Manager of Jiangxi Kingan Hi-tech Co.,LTD..
Luo Fangcheng was graduated from Zhongnan Technical University in
July of 1989. After graduation, he was assigned to Anyi Chemical
Factory of Jiangxi Kingan Company. He has been technician, production
section chief, factory director assistant, deputy factory director,
factory director, general manager and general engineer,general manager.
Over ten years,he has been dedicated his youth, sweat and wisdom
to the countryside. In 1992 he established"supervision system
on the basis of target responsibility system". A small factory
was saved and developed by increasing science and technology input
and enhancing technological innovation. Especially in 1995, he obtained
his master degree and refused engagement of many companies in the
south for many times. During five years,Luo Fangcheng has been carrying
forward spirit of fighting his way, practical spirit of cautious
and conscientious,enterprising spirit of innovating. He took charge
and developed three national key new products, zirconium carbonate
item of which has been awarded first prize of advance of science
and technology in Jiangxi province;Over years,Luo Fangcheng has
won labor medal of"Labor's Day"Youth May Fourth Medal
of Jiangxi,Excellent Youth Enterpriser of Jiangxi province,Science
and technology prize of Jiangxi youth,One of the best youth in Jiangxi
province, one of the ten best youth in Nanchang city and one of
the ten science and technology stars.
