TCPP, the chemical name tris(chloropropyl) phosphate , is an organic phosphorus flame retardant halogen compounds. Hydrolytic stability, do not dissolve in water, can dissolve in ethanol, acetone, esters, aromatics and chloroform and other organic solvents.
Has a good ability to anti-ultraviolet. As a flame retardant widely used in soft and rigid polyurethane foam, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, phenolic and epoxy resins and other materials.Can be directly used or made of emulsions, for carpets, raincoats, fabric finishing, rubber, etc., can also act as a fire retardant paint additive.

       Avoid breathing vapor or mist. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin. Keep container closed to prevent absorbing moisture. Use with adequate ventilation. Wash thoroughly with soap after handling.
