PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Wollastonite can be applied to brake pads, linings, clutch, valve, pulleys,ect.
Benefits of using wollastonite in a friction formulation include improved friction stability, reduction or elimination of cracking, greatly enhanced the rub-resistance and heat-resistance of the ultimated product, improved physical and mechanical properties. It is also a partial/full replacement for other fiber materials that can reduce the production cost and improve the value of the products.

2. Construction Industry
With the advantages of nonpoisonous, tasteless, nonradiation,etc, wollastonite become to replace the similar building materials which are harmful to humans. Added acicular powder wollastonite, the mechanical property of the calcium silicate board?fire-resistant board and other construction materials are all obviously improved,such as impact resistance, flexural stength, wear-resistant strength, ect. It can also be used in other constuction areas, for example: white cement and architecture putty, ect.

3. Paints and Coatings Industry
Due to its high cohesion, adding wollastonite in coatings can make the paint film have no cracks, improve the machanical strength and weatherability of coatings,ect. After composite of physics &chemistry, the wollastonite has lower oil-absorption, higher dispersion, better flwability, strong UV stability and anti-aging ability, and can also improve the property of paint film such as wearability, scattering power, hiding power and antiseptic property, make the paint film has strong ability of anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging ability

It has stable chemical property and low loss on ignition after physics & chemistry composited, also its component ratio is within the basicity range which metallurgical fluxes needed. It can reduce slag type, simplify production process, make the metallurgical fluxes have good thermal stability, cause the effect of thermal insulation, isolate air, lubricate ingot blank and impove the heat transfer property. The contents of Al2O3?S?P ,nelting point and viscosity of our products is low, so it can enhance mold powders' property of absorbing Al2O3 and other impurities.Also, According to the special requirements of customers, we can produce slag-adjustment materials in different alkalinity.

In the electrode coating, wollastonite can accelerate the melting rate with the advantage of energy-saving, porosity, increase seam strength, promote smooth surface, improve droplet excessive, accelerate the melting speed of coating. The content of impurities in our wollastonite is low, so it is suitable for special electrode and flux.

6. Ceramic Industry
Wollastonite can reduce the sintering temperature and shorten the sintering time, achieve a low-temperature sintering, and can save a lot of fuel, improve the mechanical properties of the products, reduce crazing, crack, breakage, enamel defects, such as warping and enamel defect problems. It also can improve embryo strength, reduce the product weight, increase luster glaze, reduce the glaze mud viscosity.then it can significantly reduce costs, improve the quality of ceramic products and yields. Because of good insulation, high impact strength and shape stability,it can be applied to electricity insulating ceramic industry, precision technology ceramics and craft ceramic industries.

7. Rubber and Plastic Industry
The product are made to be physical&chemical composite powders according to the different base and goods. The dispersion of the composit needle powder has been? greatly improved. The powder combined with the base material of Rubber and Plastic Products with a strong chemical bond, increase the crosslinking between the two substances. It can improve the mechanical properties of Rubber and Plastic Products, ?reduce the production cost, improve the added value of products.
