Jiangxi Yongshun New Material Co., Ltd., formerly known as Leping United Chemical Co., Ltd., was renamed after the acquisition and restructuring of "Leping United Chemical Co., Ltd." in November 2020. The company has a registered capital of 30 million yuan and covers a total area of 45,661.5 square meters. In January 2025, Jiangxi Yongshun New Material Co., Ltd. wholly acquired Leping Zhongsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. Currently, the company employs over 200 people, with 95% being local residents of Leping.

After the acquisition and subsequent name change, the company immediately invested a significant amount of capital and manpower to carry out full-process automation transformation and upgrading of the existing production lines for phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus oxychloride, monochloroacetone, and trichloroacetone. It added a DCS automatic control system and a SIS safety instrumented system, achieving full-process automation in the production workshop. The company also invested in new projects such as the construction of new facilities for trichlorobenzene, benzoyl chloride, and phosphorus pentachloride.

Currently, the company's existing production projects include 40,000 t/a of phosphorus trichloride, 20,000 t/a of phosphorus oxychloride, 20,000 t/a of phosphorus pentachloride, 27,000 t/a of benzotrichloride, 30,000 t/a of benzoyl chloride, 50,000 t/a of by-product hydrochloric acid, 4,000 t/a of monochloroacetone, 2,000 t/a of trichloroacetone, and 2,000 t/a of chlorobutane.

In 2022, the company achieved a sales revenue of 352 million yuan and paid taxes of 4.676 million yuan. In 2023, its sales revenue reached 361 million yuan, with taxes paid amounting to 5.516 million yuan. For 2024, the sales revenue stood at 384 million yuan, and the tax payment was 5.166 million yuan.

Currently, our company ranks among the top in China in terms of the yield and quality of products such as phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus oxychloride, benzoyl chloride, monochloroacetone, and trichloroacetone. By organically integrating with the chlor-alkali industry and thermoelectric industry recycling in the park, we have increased the economic absorption capacity of the park, thereby promoting the economic development of the region. At the same time, we have also fostered the development of other related industries, developed the local economy, increased local employment opportunities, and raised the income of local residents. This not only yields good economic benefits but also brings significant social benefits.
