I. Product Properties
PVC Processing Aid DF-530 is a kind of processing aid based on a high molecular weight polymethacrylate resin. It can improve the processability and the performances of PVC formulations. It is in white fluid powder form with specific gravity: 0.45-0.55g/cm3, can not be dissloved in water, ethanol, can be dissolved in chloroform and methyl ethyl ketone. It has the properties like:
(1) Promoting gelation of PVC, improving hot-melt strength and visco-elasticity, stabilizing the microcells generated by blowing agents to achieve the low density and high strength of the foam, increasing the surface quality of PVC products
(2) Better dispersion of additives into PVC, more homogenous melt of PVC, etc.

DF-530 is used in PVC extracting low spark planking, foam pipe, foam profiles, foam sheet, etc.
