High efficient Acrylic PVC Processing Aid-DP series, newly developed by our company, is a special structure copolymer with extra high M.W of methacrylate with acrylic ester and considered to be an ideal processing auxiliary for rigid PVC. As It has low dust, excellent fluidity and anti-cohesive properties, our DP series can be added to any processing prescription of hard PVC according to the need of processing procedure. The average molecule of our processing aid-DP series is higher than that of usual ACR series. It is white fluid powder, not dissolved in water, ethanol, but dissolved in chloroform and methyl ethyl ketone. Compared with the traditional processing aid (ACR), our DP series can be put lower bosage by 20%-30% and the PVC products manufactures can lower their production cost.
