I. Product Properties
PVC processing aid DF-400 is a kind of processing aid based on a high molecular weight polymethacrylate resin. DF-400 improves the processability and the performances of PVC formulations. All kinds of technical specification have reached the level of foreign equivalent products.
It has excellent performances, like: (1)Promoting gelation of PVC, improving hot-melt strength and visco-elasticity, stabilizing the microcells generated by blowing agents to achieve the low density and high strength of the foam, increasing the surface quality of PVC products. (2) Better dispersion of additives into PVC, more homogenous melt of PVC, etc.
DF-400 is in white fluid powder with specific gravity: 0.45-0.55g/cm3, can not be dissolved in water, ethanol, can be dissolved in chloroform and methyl ethyl ketone.
