I. Product Properties
Researched and produced by our company, DP-401 is a kind of copolymer of methacrylate with acrylic ester, which can be known to be a ideal additive of Rigid PVC products. Copmared with the traditional processing aid, our DP-401 can be put lower by 20-30% and the PVC products manufacture can lower their production cost.
The specific gravity of DP-401 is 0.30-0.55g/cm3, not dissolved in water, ethanol, can be dissolved in chloroform. The advantages of DP-401 are:
• Improving gelation of PVC
• Reducing fusing time, increasing productivity and decreasing processing temperature
• Improving the process ability & the surface quality of the products
• Changing the fluidity of the melting body and improving production rate, etc.
• Better dispersion of additives into PVC, more homogenous melt of PVC, etc.

III. Application
It is mainly used in the rigid PVC products, such as PVC sheets, PVC pipes & fittings, granular material, boards, profiles, film, especially suitable for profile shapes, pipe fittings and low foaming products, etc.

In 25kgs PP woven bag with PE inner liner or depends on our customer's needs.
