With Chlorinated Polyethylene (herein below called CPE), blended with other additives, DCSG 21A Jacket has excellent properties of fire retardancy, wearing-proof, tearing-proof, cold-resistance, weathering-resistance and excellent mechanical properties. With its excellent properties, excellent extruded surface, good flexibility & lower cost, our DCSH 21A is the best ideal substitution of fire retardant & heat-resistance PVC products and its revelant products.
II. Application
It is widely used for Cable Jacket and it can also substitute part of Thermoset Jacket.. It has excellent properties like weather-resistance, X-ray-resistance. It can be also used as 85°C Jacket of shipyard and CATV Cable .

IV. Processing Condition
Continuous vulcanization production method is preferred
Reduction ratio of extruder: 3:1
Length-diameter ratio: 20 Minimum
Temperature of extruder: 65-85°C
Extruder with the length-diameter ratio above is adopte.
V. Package & Storage
Generally, 25kgs in one carton box or depends on customers' requirements.
Shape of the material: 3-4mm natural and black or other required colored cylinder or square grain.
The material should be stoned at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
