II. Illustration

With Chlorinated Polyethylene (herein below called CPE) elastomer CM361M, blended with other additives and pigments, CPE Jacket has good properties of fire retardancy, oil-proof, wearing-proof, tearing-proof, good resistance to cold & weathering and excellent mechanical properties. Our DCH03C rubber-sheath Compound follows GB7594.5-87 standard, or SE4.

Rubber sheath made by CDH 03C is the first ideal substitution of CR & CSM because of its excellent properties, good extruded rubber surface and lower cost.

III. Application

1. Mine cables distinguish its pressure's class according to their colors as per the regulation of GB12972-91 & MT818-1999 standard.

2. Our yellow and red DCH 03C compounds are suitable for 0.66/1.14kv & 3.6/6kv cable for mine purpose. They have bright color, permanent stability, smooth and flat surface, excellent mechanical properties and exceed traditional CR colored cable sheath far away.

Oxygen Index can be adjusted according to the customers' requirement.

V. Processing Condition

Continuous vulcanization production method is preferred

Reduction ratio of extruder: 1.1:1-1.5:1

Length-diameter ratio: 6:1-16:1(hot feed is suggested if lower than 10:1)

Temperature of extruder:65-85°C

Curing pipe's temperature: 80-200°C(13-15Mpa)

VI. Package & Storage

Generally, 25kgs in one carton box or depends on customers' requirements.

Shape of the material: Rectangle rubber sheet & depends on customers' request.

The material should be stored at clean, dry, draughty warehouse
