I. Product Properties
DM-335 is a newly high performance acrylic PVC impact modifier which effectively improves the impact resistance and weatherability of PVC.
DM-335 not only enhances the product performances, but also overcomes the disadvantage of our former impact modifier like DM-235 to bring to the fabrication process of PVC. ALthough certain intrinsic property of DM-235 as a processing aid has adequately utilized the properties of impact modifier and simplified the blending procedure of end users, it restricts the adjustment of the formulations. DM-335 is designed to decrease extra processability and thus facilitates the formulation design, because end users could adjust the amount of processing aid to achieve the satisfying processability when DM-335 is adopted to replace CPE or MBS. It has excellent properties such as weatherability, impact resistance, and fine processability, together with good surface gloss, high weld strength and low temperature retraction, etc.

III. Application
