With EVA as base material, added with flame retardant agent, smoke-resistant agent, aging-resistant agent, compatibilizer, coupling agent, etc, Our DCSH21HF Halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant Cable Jacket Compound was totally blended and plasticized by Banbury mixer, pelletized by single screw extruder. It is specially designed for Halogen free, low-smoke, flame retardant cable & wire industry. It is widely used in some European countries like British, France and Germany. It has excellent properties like halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-resistance, heart-resistance, low-temperature-resistance, low-poison, environmental protection, easy processing, easy saving, etc.
Ⅱ.Application
It can be used as railway Jacket Cable, nuclear power station Jacket Cable, track & transportation Jacket Cable, or similar occasion Jacket Cable that have requirements of halogen free, low-smoke, flame-retardant. The cable can be used for long time under the temperature at -25～85℃.The appearance of the product is cylindrical granular form and black color, other light color can be also supplied according to customers′ requirements.

Ⅳ. Processing condition
- Ordinary rubber extruder is available;
- CV production line is recommended;
- Reduction ratio of extruder : 1.1 : 1 ~ 1.5 : 1
- LD ration : 6:1 ~16 : 1
- Temperature : 60~80℃
- Recommended temperature inside curing pipe : 180~200℃
Ⅴ.Package & Storage
In 25KG carton box with PE inside. The material should be stored at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
