I. Illustration
Based on EVA as its raw material, blended with other additives such as flame retardant agent, anti-smoke agent, antioxidant agent, curing agent, etc, thoroughly blended by mixer, our own produced 90℃ halogen free, low-smoke, flame retardant cable jacket compound is specially designed for the production of halogen-free, low-smoke, flame retardant cable & wire. This compound is widely used in the European Cable & wire companies such as England, France and Germany. Our DCH31HF has its excellent properties such as halogen free, low-smoke, flame retardant, oil-resistant, heat-resistant, low temperature-resistant, environment protection, easy-processing, easy-saving.
II. Application
The compound can be used for outer cable jacket that has the requirement of halogen-free, low-smoke, flame retardant, low pressure properties, such as low pressure cable insulation cable, motor out line cable, motor vehicle cable, underground cable, nuclear powder station cable and similar occasion-used cable. The cable can be long-time used under the temperature between -40~90℃. The compound has good characteristics such as good flexibility, easy- beading, moving, convenient installation lay. We can provide different color according to the customers’ requirement.

Ⅳ. Processing Condition
It is recommended that compound should be processing with common rubber extruder, CV production line is preferably recommended.
Reduction Ratio:1.1:~1.5.:1
I/D Ratio:6.1:1~16:1
Temperature:60-80℃
Curing Temperature:(inner temperature of curing pipe)180-200℃.
Ⅴ. Package & Storage
Generally, 25kg in one carton box with inner liner of according to customers requirements. Shape of the material: Rectangle rubber sheet or depends on customers’ requirements. The compound should be stored at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
