I. Illustration
With EPDM as base material, filled with reinforcing agent, filling agent, antioxidant,curing agent etc, totally blended by internal mixer, DCJ30M 90℃ EPR Insulation Compound produced by our company is the product used for Cable insulating layer for coal-mine. It has excellent properties such as heat-resistance, ozone-resistance, electrical non-conductivity, it is easy to process and store.
II. Application
It is a kind of specially used insulating material for coal-mine cable under 6KV. It can be used for long time under the temperature at -40-90℃. The material is highly flexible, easily blending & moving. So the cable will be easily installed and laid. The color is white and it can be produced with the other colors according to the customers’requirements.

Ⅳ. Processing Condition
- Ordinary rubber extruder is available, CV production line is recommended.
- Reduction ratio of extruder : 1.1:1～1.5:1.
- LD ratio : 6:1～16:1
- Temperature : 60～80℃
- Recommended temperature inside curing pipe : 180～200℃
Ⅴ. Package & Storage
In 25kg carton box with PE inside or according to the customers′ requirements.
The material should be stored at clean, dry, shade and draughty place.
