Ⅳ.Processing condition
- Oridinary plastic extruder is available. CV production line is recommended.
- Reduction radio of extruder : 1.5 : 1 ~ 2 :1
- LD: above 25 : 1
- Temperature : 70—80℃
- Temperature inside curing pipe recommended: 190—200℃
Ⅴ. Package & Storage
In 25KG PP woven bag with PE linner or according to customers’ requirements. It should be stored at clean, dry, shade & draughty place under the air temperature.
