JHCC has three sets wordwide advanced caustic soda production plants (ion
exchange membrane process) and the total production capacity mainly used for
artificial silk (mucus process), synthetic fiber ,dye intermediates rubber
regeneration ,fabric bleaching anddying ,paper-making ,soap-making,

产品主要理化性质：固体烧碱为白色略具纤维状的结晶体，纯品相当透明，液体烧碱为无色透明液体，具有强腐蚀性，能灼伤人体皮肤和眼睛，能溶解金属锡、锌、铝使之成为锡酸钠、锌酸钠及铝酸钠，同时放出氧气。

Product physical properties: Solid caustic soda is white
crystallized substance with slight fiber .The pure product is fairly
transparent. Liquid caustic soda is colorless. Transparent liquid
with strewn corrosion effect which can burn skin, eyes and it can
salvation, zin, alumireum therefore, form sodium sodium titrate,
sidium zinate and sodiumauminate, releasing hydrogen gas at the same
time.

产品主要用途：基本化工原料。主要用于粘液法人造丝、合成纤维、染料中间体、橡胶再生、织物漂染、造纸、制皂、制革、石油和油脂的精制，提取氧化铝、医药、塑料等工业。

Main application: It is the basic raw material for chemical industry. It
is widely used in artificial silk, syntheticfibre, mediate of
dyestuff,regeneration of rubber, bleaching of textiles, papermarking,
soaping, tanning, refinery of petroleum and grease, alumirium oxide
exteacting, pharmacy, plastic industry etc.

产品包装：液碱槽车装运。固碱每桶净重200kg；片碱用内衬塑料薄膜的聚丙烯纺织袋包装，每袋净重25kg；粒碱用聚乙烯薄膜袋包装，每袋净重25kg。
|
Packing: Liquid caustic soda is transported by truck the solid packing in 200Kg
net PPC woven pakage lined with plastic film. (Prilling caustic soda
is wrapped by thin membranes of polyethylene, the net weight of
every bag is 25Kg).
