Overview
GXS rotating flash drier is a now type of drying device developed by our factory, it skillfully combines crushing technology and fluidization drying technology, it can hold the material which is not dried at the drying section, and the dried material may be discharged in time. The staying time of material in drying tower may be inherently regulated, and paste material may be directly dried into powdery end product, it is an ideal drying equipment in chemical industry, medicine, ceramics and food industry.
Main Structure and Working Principle
The machine is mainly composed of main tower and feeder. Wet material is delivered to the drying chamber through auger conveyor, the heating air enters the drying chamber at tangent direction, and the rotating air flows with high speed upward from tower bottom to amply contact the material, so that the material is in a stable balanced fluidization state, under the common effect of mechanical impact by agitator in the tower and the kinetic energy of rotating air flow, the material lump is dispersed to form irregular particulate material, the relatively large particles which are not dried move toward the chamber wall, because of the relatively quick rate of setting, they drop to the upper part of drying chamber to repeat the above process. With the dispersion of material and the mutual grinding between materials, the dried particles move toward the axial lead of gas rotation in the drying chamber, they are discharged to material collector together with air flow, so as to attain the aim of dry product through drying.
Features
1. It may treat paste, cake, etc. It may also treat heat-sensitive materials. Compared with spray drying, the material may not be diluted, water steam output is reduced, the effect of energy-saving is remarkable.
2. Operation is continuous, the staying time is short and may be inherently regulated, so as to guarantee each technological index of the material to be dried.
3. The equipment covers a small area, the structure is compact and the production efficiency is high. Compared with spray drier, the volumes are the same, but the yield is seven times that of spray drier, the energy consumption is 1/3 that of spray drier.
4. Drying and crushing are combined for continuous running, bulk and paste materials are dried once into powdery end product, the production technology is simplified and the investment on equipment is saved.
Application Range and Example
Rotating flash drier is mainly used for drying paste material dreg, cake and wet crystal material in chemical engineering, light industry, dye chemistry, pharmacy and so on.
