Services:
1. Before-sales:
Build files on each customers, contact with customers, introduce our technologies and equipments; understand customers' needs, recommend proper equipments; improve technical parameters.
2. During-sales:
Provide customers with related drawings and technical data; coordinate in the installation of equipments and construction of project of customers, report the production schedule to customers, coordinate between customer's construction of project and the manufacturing schedule of equipments; keep good communication with customers.
3. After-sales:
Send person to customers' site as guide of installation and debugging of equipments till commissioning.
Responsible for the training of operators and maintenance personnel.
Provide spare parts with reasonable prices.
Warranty period is 1 year. Within this period, for any damages caused by the quality of equipments, we will be responsible for the maintenance free of charge; for failures caused by improper operation, cost of production will be charged for maintenance of equipments. We promise a 48-hour maintenance service, which means that we must respond to customers' problems within the first 24 hours; if problems are not solved, we will send personnel to customers' site within the next 24 hours to solve problems.
