 Working Principle:
After being cleaned, the crop is delivered to crop drier grain storage section by hoister, it is automatically controlled by level-sensing device to feed grain, the running direction of grain in the drier forms mixed-flow with hot wind (cold wind) flow direction, so as to realize the entire process of preheating, drying, retarding, drying and cooling. The angular box structure is a variable cross-section structure. Stepless adjustable-speed is adopted for discharging grain, output and extent of lowering moisture may be controlled at will, so as to attain ideal drying effect. It is finally sent out by grain discharging machine.
Application Range:
It applies to crop drying work in food, starch, pharmacy, fodder, winery, and rapeseed industries.
Main Tower Structure:
it is composed of grain storage section, drying section, retarding section, drying section, retarding section, cooling section and grain discharging mechanism.
