 Working Principle:
 GSQY salt industry drier was improved on the basis of vibration fluidized bed drier. Directed against the great production capacity, even granularity and water content lowering degree in salt industry, the upper cavity of vibration fluidized bed drier is heightened and enlarged, the fluidized bed plate is improved, so that it may be more suitable for the features of drying in salt industry.
Features:
Besides the characteristics of vibration fluidized bed drier, it has also the following features:
1. High output and low energy consumption, it saves about 35% energy than traditional furnace in fluid bed.
2. Since the opening rate suitable for features of materials in salt industry is adopted, the drying becomes more even without any phenomenon of sticking to wall of furnace or lumping.
3. The enlargement of upper cavity greatly lowers dust entraining, the material recovery rate is increased.
4. Upper cavity does not participate in vibration, the host machine driving power is lowered.
5. Adjustment mechanism is adopted for discharge, so as to flexibly control material layer, and control the wetness of material.
