Properties: Its industrial product is grayish white or light pink powder. Alittle smell, no poison, boiling point 104 οC, relative density 1.26-1.32, soluble in benzene, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, ethy l acetate, acetone, ethy l alcohol, easy in gasoline, not soluble in water, thin acid, thin alkali.
Application: NS is a Vulanization accelerator with delayed action, short cure time. It is rsed in natural rubber, the reclaimed rubber of synthetic rubber, natural rubber, butadiene rubber, SBR, chlorprene rubber...Slight pollution, no changes of color. Widely used in all sorts of rubber products and tyres, especially the meradial tyre. The product is excellent delayed accelerator with more delayed action and great curing rate and so on.
Package and Storage: The complex container bag is lined with the gallbladder in the plastics, 25kg/bag. Deposite in and close all low-temperature place, avoid being made moist and far away from the fire source. |
