Triphenyl phosphine

TPP is an important of ligand of reagent and homogencous catalyst, is the basic material of rhodium/phosphine complex catalyst. It can be used as WITTING reagent and WILKINSON catalyst in petroleum industry. It also can be used in drug and organic synthesis analytic field. It can be used as dye stabilizer, high molecular polymer, antioxidant of color film, polyepoxy stabilizer and auxiliary; moreover, it also can be used as accelerant, heat stabilizer, OPTICAL stabilizer, rubber antiozonant, lubricant antioxidant, fire retardant, anticorrdant, antistatic, plastic modifier, demetallization agent of heavy oil

Uses

Triphenyl phosphine and its derivatives are very important chemical reagent and materials, their applications include:

Accelerant: accelerant for the curing of epoxy resin and hydrogenation.

Catalyst: used as catalyst of chemical reaction.

Heat stabilizer: heat stabilizer of PC and glass reinforced polyamide, or used as modifier of aromatic polyester resin.

OPTICAL stabilizer:used in making of outdoor transparent plastic.

Fire retardant: as a new fire retardant,it can be used in the treatment of cellulose cotton fabric. its limiting oxygen index is 34 in 5% of dose.

Anticorrdant anticorrdant of primer and top coat of photo material and, or used as abrasion stabilizer .

Antistatic : used in the modification of plastic

Pharmaceutical intermediate: drugs.

Triphenyl phosphine also can be used as rubber antioxidant, plastic processing modifier, antioxidant and antifraying additive of lubricant . It can remove the heavy metal from heavy oil.
