In 2004, the U.S.Dept. of Commerce and the International Trade Commission increased previous antidumping duty of 54.2% to 108.3%. On October 6, Commerce expanded the duty to include candles containing 50% or more of vegetable-based waxes-all types except birthday and novelty candles.
