粘合密封用蜡
Waxes for Adhesive and Sealant
①热熔胶专用石蜡系列：本产品为直切的减压蜡膏经深度脱油和精密蒸馏而获得的高纯石蜡，主要用于生产热熔胶，用来调整或改善胶体的熔融粘度及流动性，与普通商品石蜡比较具有更窄的分子量分布和更深度的提炼过程，能有效缩短热熔胶的固化时间。
①Special Paraffin Waxes for Hot Melt Adhesive : This product is straight-cutting high purified paraffin wax from process of decompress-cerate by greatly de-oiling and precision distillation. Mainly used to produce hot melt adhesive to adjust or improve the property of melted viscosity and solidifying time. It has the narrower molecular weight distribution compared with the ordinary paraffin wax and it has more time refine processes. Which can effectively reduce the solidification time of the hot melt adhesive.
②热熔胶用微晶蜡系列：本系列产品采用减压渣油经丙烷脱沥青、酮苯脱油和糠醛精制所获得的窄馏分蜡，经过调制改质和补充精制等技术和工艺过程。具有滴熔点高、软化点高、柔韧性好等特点，在热熔胶的体系中，能有效改善产品各组成间的相容性，合理调节产品的涂装性能，增强目的产品的耐侯能力。
②Microcrystalline Waxes for Hot Melt Adhesive : The products use narrow fraction waxes from the processes of propane remove asphalt from vacuum residue , k etone benzol de-oiling and furfural refining , changing the nature and the supplement refining and modulation and so on the technology and the technological process. With high drop melting point and high softening point , and good flexibility. In the hot melt adhesive system , it can effectively improve compatibility between ingredients of product , reasonably adjusts the painting performance of the product , enhancing product with ability of bearing the weathering ability.
③热熔胶用聚乙烯蜡系列：本系列产品依原料来源不同分为合成级、裂解级和聚乙烯副产品三个等级。在提升软化点，改善流动性和增加接着能力方面有明显特点。
③Polyethylene Waxes for Hot Melt Adhesive : These waxes can be divided into three kinds with synthetic grade and crack grade and polyethylene wax by-product in accordance with material source. The products can raise softening point and improve flowing ability and adding adhering ability greatly.
④密封胶用蜡系列：本系列产品分密封胶条用蜡和集装箱底漆用蜡，前者能提供合理的分子量分布和正异构比例，明显提高胶条的抗氧化能力；后者具有平缓的粘温曲线，改善目的产品的附着性、流挂性能和耐侯能力。
④Waxes for sealant : This series product divides the wax for sealant tape and the wax for container primer , the former can provide the reasonable molecular weight distribution and the normal and isomerism proportion , obviously enhances the sealant tape the anti-oxidized ability; Latter has gentle viscosity-temperature curve , which can improve products' adhesion , sagging property and bears the weathering ability.
