Paramelt BV has acquired the industrial wax business of H&R ESP Ltd. Based in Chorley, UK. The acquired business will be synergistic to Paramelt's flexible packaging and adhesive markets. The acquistion also gives Paramelt access to a number off niche markets. Production of H&R's specialty waxes will be transferred to Paramelt's plants in the Netherlands and Belgium at sometime in the future. |
