Precautions for dyeing
- Dyestuff must be dissolved completely with hot water(70-80℃)which is 3-4 times the weight of the dyestuff. The concentrated solution is then cooled down by cold water.
- As initial dye absorbtion is fast, the temperature must be increased slowly.Further stagewise addition of Glauber’s Salt and Alkali is recommended.
- The dyestuff should not be exposed to sunlight or high temperature during storage period.
Marcozol SP & VS dyes used in both dip-dyeing and padding process:
- Dip dyeing:
- dyeing process
Except Marcozol Turquoise Blue G 150% the dyeing temperature is 80℃.
- Chemical additions for Marcozol dip dyeing
