Penelon ZW is a kind of assistant-discharge agent used on cotton,linen and rayon fabric for white discharge printing,pigment discharge reactive dyes printing . It can be used together with our company’s printing paste,i.e.Penelon PDP in printing formulation

- Stability : I) soluble under acidic condition
II) Unstable under moist conditions
III) Decomposes under alkaline conditions
5. Storage
1) To be stored in closed container at 0-40 C in cool and dry place without acidic gas for at least 12 months.
2) Use it promptly after opening .The lid must be closed after use.

Procedure:
Printing → Drying → Saturated steaming (102℃ for 6min.) or Baking ( at 150 ~ 160℃ for 3 min. to acquire the best effect of discharge printing & colourfastness) → Cold washing→treatment with 27.5%hydrogen peroxide of 2mL at 40-50 C (treatment method is decided according to aftertreatment machine)→ Soaping(soaping agent of 1-2g/L at 70-80 C) →Cold washing → Drying.
Note:
The fabric processed with Penelon ZW must be baking or steaming promptly after discharge printing and drying.(Printed fabric storage time is less than 6-8hours ) |
