4. Application :

  1. The product is a kind of epoxy group silane coupling agent.Epoxy group has the activity for chemical reaction with many colophonies, but hydroxyl which generated from trimethoxy hydrolyzed, could make condensation reaction with the hydroxyl from the surface of inorganic material. Thus, it plays the role as silane coupling agent, building a molecule bridge between the inorganic material and the colophonies.
  2. O186 is a kind of transparent low viscosity liquid, having a little resinous odor, which can be dissolved in alcohol, ether, ketone, aliphatic solvent and aromatic solvent, also it can be dissolved in water, but there will be dissolved in alcohol. The stability of hydrolysate is very poor and the storage period is relatively short.   3.It could be used as adhesion promoter, surface modifier and dispersant. It mainly plays the role to improve the combining power infecting the high molecular polymer (colophony)by inorganic mineral powder materials and fibre, the compatibility, adhesion and waterproof which colophony coat infect the substrate material.
  4. The main use are for reshaping to project rubber and plastic materials, for the industries of paint, printing ink, foundry resin, adhesive, sealant, fiberglass, grinder, electronic wrapping materails.
  5. The product is a fine accelerant for adhesives. The colophonies include epoxy resin, phenolic resin, polysulfide rubber, polyamide, acrylic resin, PBT and polyurethane.
