Silane Coupling Agent

1. Chemical Name :  

    3-Mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane

2. Formula :

     HS(CH₂)₃Si(OCH₃)₃           

3. Property and Index : Colorless transparent liquid, soluble in a variety of organic solvents.

4. Application :

(1) S1891 silane coupling agent has sulfhydryl-base function groups, and has special efficiency when as antirust of metal surface. Disposing metal surface(for example, gold, silver, copper) with it , can strengthen its surface to anti-corrupt, anti-oxidant and improve the sticking property between macromolecule(for example, resin) and it.
(2) In rubber industry, usually used to deal with inorganic filling, such as white carbon black, carbon black, fiberglass, mica, etc, can effectively improve mechanics performance and wear-resisting performance of the rubber.
(3) In the textile industry, can be used in the shrinkproof finishing of the fabric.

5. Packing and storage :

(1) Packing: 10KG/pail, 25KG/pail, 200kg/drum or other packing on request.
(2) This product must be sealed and kept in cool & ventilated place.
