Plastic Woven Bag Factory
Located in Xiaba of Honghe in Zigong, our company was established in 1988. Yearly production capacity for plastic woven bags and plastic bags reaches 15,000,000 pieces.
Our factory now has 36 sets of high-speed circular weaving machines, 2 sets of
drawing machines, 2 sets of film-blowing machines, 1 set of film coating machine, 1 set of intaglio plate color press and 4 sets of two-color printers. Our company has formed a complete continuous line from material purchasing to finished products.
With advanced equipment, strict management and stable quality, our factory's plastic woven bag and plastic bag have received certificates of ISO9001 quality certification and Sichuan export packing wrappage test. Our factory has also been authorized to produce packing wrappage for dangerous chemicals. Our factory is able to produce various kinds of industrial bags, business bags, food bags, filmed bags, laminated bags and colorful filmed bags.
Chemical Factory
Our factory is an enterprise producing basic chemical products. Our factory produces barium chloride, calcium chloride by "reaction method". In 2004, yearly production capacity for liquid barium chloride has reached 6,500t, for solid barium chloride 5,600t and for calcium chloride 1,200t. Products are well sold in Southeast Asia as well as different parts of our country.
Calcium chloride and barium chloride received certificates of GB/T19001 - ISO9001: 2000 international quality system certification in 2004.
Our factory now is constructing new workshops for 27 kt/a barium produced in vacuum. The building will be completed in 2006. By that time, our company is able to produce barium chloride with higher main content.
Phosphate Fertilizer Factory
Our factory is a branch factory founded in October of 2004, with a yearly design capacity of 50kt and production value of RMB 20 million. Our company mainly produces calcium superphosphate on rock phosphate and dilute sulfuric acid.
Building Equipment Installation Team
Our company carries out the economic responsibility system of chief engineers and accountant. It has the departments including production department, technology department, planning department, accounting department and general manager's office etc..
Our company received the certificate of Grade Three qualification in 2002. Now our company can independently complete civil engineering, chemical pipe laying and maintenance engineering.
