Dried red chilli whole
In new strong gunny bags or new pp woven bags of 20/25 kgs net each or upon customers' requirement.

Chilli ring
In new plastic bags of 5 kgs net each, two bags in a carton box, or upon customers ' requirement.

Chilli powder and chilli flake
In new pp woven bags with plastic lining of 30 kgs net each or upon customers' requirement.

Chilli Processing 

Chilli Material: Yunrun International Co., Ltd. is located at Wenshan where is the main production area of Yunnan chilies (Qiubei chilli) with fresh chilli 200,000 Tons and air-dried chilies 25,000 Tons. Wenshan is the hometown of Chinese chilli, the two biggest chilli distributors centers of China situate here.

Chilli Production: Yunrun International Co., Ltd. has a subsidy chilli branch company, it will product air-dried chillies whole, chilli ring, chilli slice 4000 tons per year. (1)Production Scale: Produce fresh chilli 2000 tons, air-dried chilli whole 4000 tons, chilli series products 3620 tons.
(a) Air-dried chilli whole: 1400 tons, of which: chilli stemless: 720 tons.
(b) Chilli ring: 700 tons,
(c) Capsaicin: 20 tons,
(d) Refrigerated chilli: 1500 tons,
Product standard: strictly according to EEC, FDA, CNS2377,N5056 standard,
(2) Develop organic chilli production base demonstration area 800 Mu, Farm's self organic chilli planting area:28000 Mu.

Main Project Contraction Content:
(1) Air-dried chilli production line, chilli ring production line, capsain production line, refrigerator chilli production line and other auxiliary equipment in altogether 39 sets.
(2) Electricity supplying and water system.
(3) Project area: 30 Mu, construction area: 5400M², of which: production area: 1360 M², warehouse: 760 M², office and logistics: 3000 M², other auxiliary facility area: 280 M²

Total investment: 28.21 million Yuan, of which: construction investment: 12.8 million Yuan (fixed asset investment: 9.65 million Yuan, intangible and deferred capital investment: 3.15 million Yuan), fluid capital: 15.41 million Yuan.
