HIGH-SUGAR INSANT DRY YEAST

Range of application: For making bread with the recipe of sugar contents of 8% or above.
Dosage: 0.8-1% of the amount of flour.
Instruction: mix yeast with the flour and other dry ingredients first, add water and stir well.
Note: avoid being directly mixed with yeast and oil, water or ice. Oil is to be added as the other ingredients have been well mixed. Adjust the temperature of water to keep it constant between 25-28℃.
Package: Vacuum package 500g/450g × 20/carton.
Preservation and Shelf life: Please keep in dry and cool places; shelf life is 2 years

LOW-SUGAR INSTANT DRY YEAST

Range of application: For dough with the sugar contents ranging from 0-7%.
Dosage: 0.8-1% of the amount of flour.
Instruction: mix yeast with the flour and other dry ingredients first, add water and stir well.
Note: avoid being directly mixed with yeast and oil, water or ice. Oil is to be added as the other ingredients have been well mixed. Adjust the temperature of water to keep it constant between 26-28℃.
